ProChronos B.V (“ProChronos“) operates ProChronos and may operate other websites. It is ProChronos policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, ProChronos collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. ProChronos purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how ProChronos visitors use its website. From time to time, ProChronos may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

ProChronos also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on ProChronos blogs/sites. ProChronos only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to ProChronos websites choose to interact with ProChronos in ways that require ProChronos to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that ProChronos gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at ProChronos to provide a username, full name, birthday, gender (optional), city and country, phone number and email address. Payment Information

Any credit or debit card payments and other payments you might make through ProChronos will be processed by our third-party payment providers. The payment data you submit will be securely stored and encrypted by our third-party payment service providers using their up to date industry standards. Please note that we do not directly process or store the debit or credit card data that you might submit.

However, we may have your payment data stored for the purpose of processing your member or customer transaction fees. You may choose to withhold your payment details from our third-party payment providers resulting in unpaid fees and possible failure to use the website services.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining your login details secure and confidential. You can access your profile and account details and are responsible for doing everything you reasonably can to keep these details secret. You may change some of the information in your account, however some information should be changed via ProChronos administration. We will display your role, username, full name, city and country on the website. Other personal information (phone number and email etc.) given during the registration is only for ProChronos administration and it’s employees.

However, the transmission of information online or public communications networks cannot be completely secure. We will take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data that you submit to us against unauthorized/unlawful access or loss, destruction or damage, although we cannot 100% guarantee the security of personal data that you provide to us online.

How Long We Save User Data

The information provided to us in the registration form and during your membership are saved in our database as long as required by any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. In case of termination of membership and account, the details may be stored in our database up to 5 years.

We will consider the amount of your personal data, the nature and sensitivity of the information as well as the purposes for which we process the data, applicable with legal requirements or operational retention needs to determine the appropriate period for saving your personal data and records.

Upon expiry of the applicable period, we will securely destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In some cases, we may anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case it is no longer personal data.

Aggregated Statistics

ProChronos may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. ProChronos may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, ProChronos does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

ProChronos discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on ProChronos behalf or to provide services available at ProChronos websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.   • Right to access your personal data: If you request access to your data, we will inform whether we are processing your personal data and provide you digital copy of it, and other details such as the purpose of the data processing upon your request. We may ask for reasonable fees for these requests.

Deleting Profile Details

If you would like to delete your ProChronos account or profile, please send us an email from the email address that is associated with your Membership account to the email provided on the website. Please let us know your details like your name or business name, username etc. in the email, so that we can complete your request.

You should be aware that it may not be technologically possible to remove all information and records of the information you have provided to us during your membership and account activities. We may have back-up our systems to protect information loss and made copies of some records that may be difficult or impossible for us to locate.

We have the right to delete any account at any time if required in order to investigate fraud, a violation of our Terms and Conditions or if there is connection with any harm being caused to a third party or their rights.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, ProChronos may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in ProChronos sole discretion. ProChronos encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. If you have a ProChronos account, you might also receive an alert informing you of these changes. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
